I went step 1 in November 2022 and it was among the best things I have done in my life. If you want to buy wings for the money, so be it Vitalisera right place. Wings, inspiration, self-knowledge and a whole lot of life energy! Through both tears and laughter, I made my own journey, while at the same time learning an incredible amount from the journeys, lessons and wisdom of others. Intellect and rationalizations were nicely parried by the therapists (you could say they nicely pulled the rug out from under the feet of my analyzing) and instead showed the way to the feeling - or rather the whole mixer table of feelings. In retrospect, I see how I use the experience from Vitalisera both in myself and in my work. I have gained additional perspective and a broader register.
