Courses in personal development, self-awareness and inner leadership

Download the PDF (Swedish) on gross salary deductions

How much does the course cost and how do you pay for it?

The course fee refers to each course step and is the same for everyone, but the method of payment may differ depending on your circumstances. You will find our general terms and conditions here.

Course fee

The course fee is SEK 38 000 including VAT for individuals and excluding VAT for companies. The price is per step.

Registration fee

If there is more than a month left until the start of the course, you pay a registration fee after you have decided that you want to take the course. Most people decide to go after the telephone interview that takes place after you have filled in an expression of interest. The registration fee is SEK 3 800 including VAT and is counted as part of the total amount when you then pay the remainder of the course fee.

PAYMENT METHODS

You will receive two invoices from us. First one on the registration fee, which ensures a place for you on the course, and then an invoice for the remaining amount. If you choose to split your payment, the payment is made via Resursbank.

SPLIT THE BILL

Together with Resurs Bank, we offer the opportunity to split the payment at a rate that suits you. For example, if you choose to split the payment over 12 months, you pay a total of SEK 38 663 instead of SEK 38 000. Read more about it here.

THE EMPLOYER PAYS

For many companies, our courses are tax-deductible and it is not unusual for the employer to choose to pay for the course for their employee - partly to increase the well-being of the staff but also to achieve better leadership. Read more about the benefits you or your employees can expect to receive in the workplace after taking the course here.

GROSS SALARY DEDUCTIONS

A gross salary deduction is made before the tax is deducted from the salary, and means that the salary is temporarily reduced. Situations where gross salary deductions may be relevant are when an employee wants to participate in a course that the employer would not normally pay. If the course fee is deductible in the company, it can be agreed that the company pays the course and makes a gross salary deduction. In this way, there is no cost to the company and the employee receives a significantly lower cost than if he pays with estimated private money
