Terms and conditions

Notification

Application of interest takes place via the form at vitalisera.se. After you have been accepted to the course via conversation, an invoice with the registration fee is sent out. It acts as a final registration and is personal, binding and ensures a place on the course.

Return Policy

In accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, a private person as a consumer has 14 days' right of withdrawal from the day the agreement was concluded. If the course is started within this cooling-off period in 14 days, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.

Deregistration

Registration is binding. Cancellations that take place less than 30 days before the start of the course, but not within the prescribed period
cooling-off period for private individuals, means that the registration fee paid is not refunded. On the other hand, the registration fee can be used to rebook another course that starts within a year of the course you originally signed up for.

If a course participant cancels the course due to illness, the participant has the right to complete the course at a later date, provided that it takes place within 24 months and that the corresponding course is still offered.

If the participant cancels the course during the first three days of the course, the course fee excluding the registration fee will be refunded. If the course is canceled after these first three days, no refund will be received.

Terms of payment

It is always the course participant or the party who signed a notification that has the financial commitment towards them Vitalisera regarding registration and course fees. Course participants can, on their behalf, have the employer or another party pay the fees in whole or in part, but in the event of non-payment by another party, the responsibility for payment reverts to the course participant.

After confirmed registration but before the start of the course, an invitation is sent to the course participant by email and an invoice for the registration fee. If the course start is within 30 days, an invoice for the entire course fee will be sent immediately. Unless other conditions have been agreed, the course fee must be settled before the start of the course. Unless invoice/invoices are
regulated as above owns Vitalisera right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. A reminder fee with late payment interest is added in case of non-payment.

In addition to the course program, the course fee also includes food and accommodation.

Change reservation

Vitalisera reserves the right to change or move courses to another date. This can happen in the event of illness of the course leader, too few registered course participants or other reasons such as force majeure. Vitalisera is not responsible for any costs that may have arisen in connection with a changed or moved course session, this includes, among other things, cancellation costs for travel. If a change or cancellation of a course is due to too few registered participants, this must be notified to the participant via email no later than one week before the originally confirmed course, after which fees will be refunded without deduction. Vitalisera reserves the right for temporary or permanent changes and adjustments to content and layout within the framework of Vitaliseras aim and purpose of the courses.

Limitation of Liability

Vitalisera is not responsible for damage due to legal orders, government action, war event, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade, supplier and subcontractor deficiencies, severe weather, accident, break-in, theft, unexpected machine damage, unusual operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond Vitaliera's control. Vitalisera is in no case responsible for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, loss of production or damage to third parties. Neither is Vitalisera obliged in other cases to compensate damage that occurs if Vitalisera has been normal and reasonably careful.

The participant participates in activities arranged by Vitalisera at your own risk, which means that Vitalisera takes no responsibility for any injuries and/or health problems that the participant may suffer during and/or after the course. Also responsible Vitalisera not for indirect damages such as loss of income or other such losses.

The course participant undertakes to notify the course management of any health problems/circumstances that may be relevant to the current activity. In the event that the course management recommends that the participant discontinue the activity for health reasons (or adjust it according to instructions), the participant undertakes to follow the recommendation.
Vitalisera is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings brought to the course.

All participants are covered by accident insurance with a maximum compensation of SEK 80. Vitaliseras liability for compensation is limited to the amount that can be reimbursed from this liability insurance.

PUL/GDPR

Upon approval of Vitaliseras general conditions, the course participant agrees at the same time that Vitalisera processes the course participant's data i Vitaliseras data system according to the Personal Data Act PUL. The data is processed by Vitalisera with the intention of being able to best fulfill commitments to the course participant regarding follow-ups, information and offers via post or email.

Course participants have the right to see what information is registered about the course participant and, if it is incorrect or incomplete, request that the information be changed or deleted. The course participant sends requests for changes or deletions via email to gdpr@vitalisera.see.
