Our process
Vitalisera offers advanced courses in personal development and self-awareness. The aim of the courses is for you to get help in meeting and exploring your own inner self in depth. During the course week, you will have the opportunity to get in touch with basically your entire emotional register. You get help in accepting, expressing and living out your whole self. You get the opportunity to discover what it is you really need to feel good, and to see and understand the reason for your own thought and behavior patterns.

Personal development: Self-awareness and inner leadership
Vitalisera offers a deep, heartfelt and developing program in personal development: self-awareness and inner leadership. The courses are seven days long, intensive and well thought out down to the last detail. The days will be both eye-opening and life-changing for those who choose to take the course. Being guided through one's own inner work in a safe and loving way produces results that are both lasting and life-changing.
WHERE ARE THE COURSES HELD?
Our courses take place at Båven Country & Lodge, which is beautifully situated on its own island in Lake Båven in Södermanland.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE COST?
The course fee for each step is SEK 38 including VAT for individuals and excluding VAT for companies.
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?
The courses start on a Wednesday evening and you go home on Thursday the following week.
