To feel bad

Courses in personal development, self-awareness and inner leadership

To feel bad

Feeling bad is a good start. The doctor Bengt Stern wrote that in his book about how we are shaped by our childhood. He believed that by facing ourselves we can find our way back to the happiness, security and harmony that we are all born with. During his courses, many thousands of people have been given the opportunity to explore their emotions, thoughts, behaviors and strategies.

A healthy signal

Feeling bad is a signal that something in your life or within you is not right. You can see it as a healthy signal that you should change direction or create a change. Until you understand WHAT it is that should change, the experience is of course terribly unpleasant. Dare to trust that what you feel won't last forever. That it invites an opportunity to find more joy, love and meaning. Maybe more than you ever knew.

Dare to stop and feel

When you have come out the other side, you will be thankful that your feelings and thoughts became so strong that you could no longer close your eyes. Close your eyes to something that you may have pushed away for a long time. You needed to look inside and understand. When you understand, you can create inner and outer change. To understand, you may need to turn up the volume on what is happening inside you. Feelings, thoughts and needs that you have pushed away for a long time can be difficult to get hold of. During our courses in self-awareness and inner leadership we turn up the volume. You are given the opportunity to explore all aspects of yourself.

Feeling bad is a good start

Vitaliseras courses for life are based on Bengt Stern's methodology. Many of the group leaders and course leaders who led courses during his lifetime continue to contribute their experience during our course weeks. Together with fantastic assistants, a sense of security and staff density is created that is difficult to find elsewhere, where you get the opportunity to explore yourself and both your inner and outer world.
