Last Thursday we finished our first course of the year, and 21 satisfied participants went home to face life from a completely new place within themselves.

An absolutely fantastic experience! A week that is unlike anything else I've experienced before in my life. I have passed step 1 i Vitaliseras Life course (and already booked me in for step 2). With the help of the course and its leaders and assistants, I have gotten to know myself in depth and found sides of myself that I didn't know existed. The whole course (and the leaders) felt so lovingly and perfectly laid out. Nothing was left to chance and the result was fantastic. I want to recommend EVERYONE to take the course(s). To take a course with Vitalisera is among the finest things I have given myself. There are for me now, one before and one after the course. It has changed and improved, challenged and developed, opened up and given me the wonderful opportunity to meet my inner child. Which turned out to be a stronger meeting than I could have imagined. If you want to buy wings for the money, so be it Vitalisera right place. Wings, inspiration, self-knowledge and a whole lot of life energy! Through both tears and laughter, I made my own journey, while at the same time learning an incredible amount from the journeys, lessons and wisdom of others. Intellect and rationalizations were nicely parried by the therapists (you could say they nicely pulled the rug out from under the feet of my analyzing) and instead showed the way to the feeling - or rather the whole mixer table of feelings. In retrospect, I see how I use the experience from Vitalisera both in myself and in my work. I have gained additional perspective and a broader register. I don't normally rate 5 out of 5 stars - I like to think there is always room for improvement but at the same time can't articulate what needs to be improved...we even had great luck with the weather! - 9/26/2022

It was liberating to be with my feelings in a safe place. I was in crisis when I went steps 1+2 three months apart, thanks to a nudge from my coach. Going into and through the darkness to come out into the light, was a truth I believed in but hadn't deeply experienced before. At the beginning I doubted that I was in a safe place, but all the course leaders, assistants and course participants proved time after time that I was. Being received with love when I was authentic was healing and that I dared to take the turns during the course weeks. This has strengthened me outside the course premises together with yoga and conversation and now, four months after step 2, I am in a place within myself with myself that I could not have imagined.
