We practice silence on our courses. This means that you do not talk to the other participants during breaks or between exercises. That way, you have the opportunity to get as deep into the process as you possibly can.

When you do a powerful exercise in the course room, it is not certain that all the insights will come at once. Therefore, the time with yourself in silence becomes important. You get the chance to let everything integrate and land in you. You get the opportunity to reflect.

Talk can also be a distraction to avoid feeling and processing what is emerging inside. If you go into someone else's stories or find something else to talk about, you may avoid feeling your own inner self for a while. During our week, we take this diversion opportunity, because you are here to get to know yourself and get in touch with your inner self. The silence will help you with that.

By practicing silence, you don't have to take on any of the roles you usually have, and you don't have to put energy into the social game and just be with yourself. The week with us is for you and only you. Without social obligations.
