Sometimes we trap ourselves with our negative thoughts. They hinder us, scare us, criticize and diminish us. It is also not uncommon for us to rationalize away and think apart our own feelings and needs. In the end, we don't know what we feel or need anymore.

There is a wealth of information to be found on how to get out of our destructive thought patterns. On paper and in theory it sounds easy, but in reality it is not always completely straightforward to transform theory into practice.

It is about being able to internalize what we understand intellectually in ourselves. It is important that the knowledge is allowed to settle in the body. Let the body become as wise as the bud.

During our weeks, physical and emotional interaction is important. The theories become practice. The cognitive understanding gets a chance to land in us for real.
