I went step 1 in November 2022 and it was among the best things I have done in my life. It was liberating to be with my feelings in a safe place. I was in crisis when I went steps 1+2 three months apart, thanks to a nudge from my coach. Going into and through the darkness to come out into the light, was a truth I believed in but hadn't deeply experienced before. At the beginning I doubted that I was in a safe place, but all the course leaders, assistants and course participants proved time after time that I was. Being received with love when I was authentic was healing and that I dared to take the turns during the course weeks.
