The course is unlike any of the courses I have taken before and is of a completely different dimension. Stripped down and genuine beyond all superficial layers. With warmth, presence and a large portion of love, I was taken care of in an exceptionally professional way..right where I was. It was liberating to be with my feelings in a safe place. I was in crisis when I went steps 1+2 three months apart, thanks to a nudge from my coach. Going into and through the darkness to come out into the light, was a truth I believed in but hadn't deeply experienced before. At the beginning I doubted that I was in a safe place, but all the course leaders, assistants and course participants proved time after time that I was. Being received with love when I was authentic was healing and that I dared to take the turns during the course weeks. This has strengthened me outside the course premises together with yoga and conversation and now, four months after step 2, I am in a place within myself with myself that I could not have imagined. If you want to buy wings for the money, so be it Vitalisera right place. Wings, inspiration, self-knowledge and a whole lot of life energy! Through both tears and laughter, I made my own journey, while at the same time learning an incredible amount from the journeys, lessons and wisdom of others. Intellect and rationalizations were nicely parried by the therapists (you could say they nicely pulled the rug out from under the feet of my analyzing) and instead showed the way to the feeling - or rather the whole mixer table of feelings. In retrospect, I see how I use the experience from Vitalisera both in myself and in my work. I have gained additional perspective and a broader register. I don't normally rate 5 out of 5 stars - I like to think there is always room for improvement but at the same time can't articulate what needs to be improved...we even had great luck with the weather! - 9/26/2022

Sweden's toughest course in personal development. That's what I heard before so the expectations were sky high but oh how they were exceeded! The concept is worked out to the smallest detail, the leaders are insanely knowledgeable, creative, emotionally intelligent in a way I've never met before. Having more leaders than assistants means that everything runs smoothly and we participants can only focus on what is most important to us at the time. I felt extremely safe, even in terrified moments (it's tough to face yourself). I dared to experiment with behaviors that I normally never do, I dared to reward feelings I didn't know I had but now in retrospect realize that of course they are there even though I am very quick to replace them. I dared to do all the exercises, face the insights about myself and my behavior patterns and deal with the current situation in a completely different way thanks to these experts. So glad I gave myself both the time and the money to do this. Now to be marinated for the first week in order to go step two and later step 6 with my partner in 3 months. Longing! (It also doesn't hurt that the course yard is in a super beautiful place where you can both swim naked and pick mushrooms 😜) - 9/25/2023

The location and especially the course was fantastic. An incredibly well-structured course where everything was really planned down to the smallest detail. You never felt like an exception, but the tight staffing of therapists and instructors meant that you were constantly picked up if necessary. The arrangement with the silence meant that you had great opportunities to be in yourself, no distractions at all, and it also turned out that the vegan cake diet made the body feel incredibly good both because of the diet and the periodic fasting. The chef was incredibly competent and delivered, in my opinion, incredibly good food every night.
There really is a before and an after of this course, all people would have to take this course, what a prosperous and aware population we would have.
Would like to thank everyone who was involved in making this course possible.
However, one should not think that it is a thoroughly fun course, but it is demanding just like anything else that is worth fighting for. - 5/15/2023
