Are you constantly on the go somewhere? Do you set goal after goal to achieve?
If you do, you live in achievement. Maybe you've found that you feel a kind of emptiness right after a goal is achieved, and that you didn't feel any happier afterwards. It may even be that you quickly set a new goal. In this way, life becomes a constant pursuit of something you currently do not have.
There are other ways to live. Ways where you can find value in the present. Ways where you don't have to strive or prove yourself worth something because of your achievements.
