What is your relationship to your anger?

Is it something that is forbidden and that you suppress?
Does it come over you like a tsunami and destroy both you and others?
Does it come out little by little and settle down as an annoyance in everyday life?

How anger was handled in your home when you were a child affects how you handle this emotion today.

We are not good at suppressing emotions. We need to have access to all of them. Only then will they be easier to handle. To a large extent, this also applies to anger, which is often an emotion that is valued negatively by those around it.

On our courses, you are invited to look at, among other things, anger. You get to feel it, live it out and express it. You get the chance to own your anger in a way that will help more than get you down in life.
