Linda Stenlund

Linda is a project manager in Vitalisera, but works everyday as a physical education teacher with children and young people. She has worked with people, sports and health for over 20 years, both in school and in association life.

Linda is a committed, positive and creative person who sees opportunities. She enjoys doing things together with others. To lead groups, individuals and motivate, stimulate and follow their journey in development is fantastic. No two days are the same and she learns new things every day.

Linda's inner journey began about 4 years ago, when she broke up from a destructive relationship. She felt lost and had lost faith in herself and her abilities. In the same period, her father passed away after a long illness. Linda then took steps 1 and 2 at Mullingstorp, a course farm for advanced self-awareness, and has since completed many more courses in personal development. It was a big turning point in her life.

"Creating trust, building relationships in an accepting environment are important pieces of the puzzle for me to dare to try new paths and step outside my comfort zone. I have the ability to see potential in every person and believe that everyone wants to learn and develop. We have different conditions and ways of doing it.”

"Life and freedom for me is finding the balance through feeling, thought and action. I have learned that it is okay to feel, to put my feelings into words, to dare to show my vulnerability when meeting others. I have found my joy and playfulness again and I have the feeling that I am in the middle of life, that I am important and that I have the main role in my life. My inner journey also made me see my escape behaviors (which are very many) and now dare to stay even when it feels heavy. I have seen my patterns and have a conscious presence. I have previously had the ability to take everyone else's feelings and carry them and make them mine, which has been a heavy burden to carry. The courses in self-awareness have given me many different tools to deal with this. I've learned to leave everything where it belongs, which makes life so much easier. This has meant so much to me and that is why I am involved VITALISERAS team. Society is developing at a furious pace today and many people are still living in old patterns, bad relationships and suffering from mental illness and I want to be able to be part of offering a course for you and life, which once meant so much to me."
