Were you faced with your feelings as a child? Was it okay for you to cry? To show anger? Concern?

If our parents had a hard time dealing with and responding to our genuine feelings, it's quite possible that we never really learned to do it properly either, and thus we continue in the same tracks as the previous generation. Sometimes we are not even aware of how inhibited we are when it comes to our emotions.

With a little help, however, it is possible to break the pattern. It is possible to learn to get in touch with your feelings and then keep it that way. But first you have to be willing and ready to face what's inside. We are there as a support. We suggest, ask, encourage, listen and encourage, with all our dedication and professionalism.

When all our emotions are allowed to participate, we become more alive. And if we are able to face our own feelings, we find it so much easier to deal with other people's too.
