Anna Blomquist

"Anna is the nurse who, after 10 years in emergency care, left care and trained as a civil economist. In parallel with business development and local and regional development, she has, through various courses and educations, explored what it is that shapes a person. Anna has been self-employed since 2015 and works with lectures, individual sessions, group development and individual leadership development.
She is a trained holistic conversation therapist via Working With People with meditation and inquiries in full presence as a basis. Anna is also a trained mindfulness instructor and yin yoga instructor and invites you to meditation sessions and retreats. A recurring theme for Anna is effortlessness and softness. In 2017, she published the book To live close to the heart, which explores the question "is it possible to reach where we want in any other way than through tough goals and effort?"

"In order to be in touch with our needs and our longing, we need to understand what shaped us and how it affects us. Seeing oneself means increasing one's awareness of our habitual patterns and basic assumptions and how it affects us, our way of life and our decisions. When we begin to be able to distinguish ourselves from what we think we must and should or think is expected of us, we can begin to see our longing, our true will. When the longing to live more in touch with ourselves becomes greater than the fear, we can take the longing in hand and accompany it with a playful curiosity and take developmental steps we might not have thought possible."
